about pelvic health harmony
Let’s be real: pelvic health struggles, pregnancy, and postpartum changes can leave you feeling overwhelmed and misunderstood. As a pelvic floor physiotherapist, my mission is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and at ease. Women’s health deserves honest conversations, practical guidance, and genuine support from someone with experience and cares deeply about your whole wellbeing.
My passion for empowering women began long before I was a physiotherapist. As a former university athlete, I learned the value of movement, resilience, and body connection—and every day, I carry these lessons forward into my practice. With a BSc in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University and a Master of Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, I blend clinical expertise with a real-world approach rooted in empathy, advocacy, and patient-led care.
What Lights me up?
- Helping women reclaim their confidence and strength, especially during pregnancy and postpartum.
- Making sure questions are welcomed—no shame, no judgement, just honest answers that help you understand, heal, and grow.
- Creating a roadmap for your wellbeing: Clear steps, realistic solutions, and ongoing encouragement each visit.
I see every woman as a whole person, not just a condition, and I tailor care to your unique story. We celebrate little wins and big breakthroughs together, and I’ll never rush the process.
Who am I outside the clinic?
You’ll find me taking walks with my husband around Waterloo, finding joy in movement—in cozy socks with a great book or hanging out with friends and family.
Life isn’t just about fixing what’s wrong; it’s about rediscovering you at whichever season you are in and building trust in your body again.
Your journey matters. You don’t have to figure it all out alone; I’m here to guide you with compassion, clarity, and care.
Ready to reconnect with your body and reclaim your strength? Let’s do it together!
